Tekken: Anna Williams

I've been a fan of the Tekken series of games since I was a kid, so I was feeling nostalgic and decided to paint one of my favourite characters since childhood, Anna Williams.

Tekken has a cosmopolitan cast from all over the globe, including the Irish Williams sisters, Nina and Anna. I personally prefer playing as (and drawing) Anna because she's a bit less dour and serious than Nina, and wears some fabulously outrageous outfits. What's great about Anna is that she doesn't fall into any common Irish stereotypes, and holds her own against some of the world's greatest martial artists while wearing six-inch heels. A true inspiration!

Location Photography at Bushy Park

I went to my local park to do some research for the backgrounds of my film.
Bushy Park in Terenure has a beautiful woodland area with a river and a small constructed ruin, that makes for some great reference material.

Here are some of my favourite shots from my visit:

It's a pity that the poorly-drawn graffiti inside the ruin takes away from the scenery of the place.
